This clearly portrays everything that we are all feeling. Although we did not make it out of the first round, while we are licking our wounds, here is some food for thought:
Spezza matured a little bit. His daughter will be taking faceoffs next year.
Karlsson came out of the closet as an elite defencemen
For some strange reason, we got a good post season look (WTF Paulrus!?!) at some of our top ed prospects. I really didn’t support it, but I don’t drive the S.S. Maclean (as seen in yesterdays photo).
We won’t ever see Gilroy again. And quite frankly who wants to………seriously who?
We may have solved our goaltending problems, with Big Ben Bishop, Lehner in the stead, and Craig “I like to play…always” Anderson.
All in all a great season, and something to build off of. Maclean did a good job of recognizing when to shake things up, but didn’t have to many options to go to. We need to look at our D and fill some holes there ……….goodbye Invisible Kuba.

WTR GilroyI still think losing Brian Lee was unnecessary
Nobody wanted Lee until he was gone
